link provides FCs and FSO-MT's with an online qualification input form, that
is allowed in place of paper qualification. It greatly speeds up
qualification entry into Auxdata and the delivery of letters and
certificates.
The
Auxiliary Electronic Directory,
(e-Directory) which replaced the e-Mail Directory, is a secure database of
information about Auxiliary members qualifications and e-mail addresses. The
data it contains about members comes from the Auxdata system and is only
updated by making changes in the Auxdata system.
